Service Description

There are a few ways to deal with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, addictions and behaviours that you no longer want in your life. It may take one or several sessions, preferably one week apart. Read the information on the different therapies to understand their purpose. I will adjust between them or combine them to best suit your needs.
